White Extreme House offers large interiors designed and furnished in a tasteful modern and minimal style, 3 en-suite bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 triple, up to sleeps 7) equipped with large flat TV, a bar area to entertain yourself with an aperitif or a cocktail, a comfortable lounge area equipped with Dolby surround and large TV screen, another lounge area next to the dining area and a kitchen and dining corner. High quality for exigent people!
Outside the villa, a Private Swimming Pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation and many, many palms is the ideal place to relax during the day and to have your parties in the night thanks to the beautiful and colored illumination. The pool area and the garden are equipped with sun chairs and garden furniture. A patio with view over the the pool and a terrace with solarium are also available.
The location is ideal to visit the archaeological area of Selinunte and its Greek temple and all the southern coast of Sicily, Agrigento, Sciacca (famous for its Carnival feast), Marsala, Mazara del Vallo…
The closest beach is at just about 3Km from the villa (less than 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes walking) and it’s clear sandy.
Bars, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are at less than 5 minutes driving from the villa, in the town center and along the way to it.
The motorway junction in Castelvetrano is at only 10 minutes drive, this will allow to reach Mazara del Vallo in about 25 miutes, the northern coast in only 40 minutes and Trapani or Palermo airports in one hour.
A welcome cocktail will be offered to all guests and a bunch of extra services, such as private chef, private chauffeur, boat rent, and many more can be booked on site.
The swimming pool is open all year so the villa is ideal to enjoy a self-catering holiday also off season.
The villa is provided also with private parking space and a 24h guardian/assistant. Also, the owner lives in a dependence within the property and will be available and happy to assist you in all your requests, while keeping care about your privacy.

Marinella di Selinunte is the closest town, a small village located just next to the Selinunte Archeaological area, between Trapani and Agrigento, on the west coast of Sicily. This area is very famous for its beaches and the quality of the sea.
The town is touristic orientated so it is full of amenities such as restaurants, bars, mini market, ice cream bars,…. Most of them are open all over the year and some only in summer.
Marinella di Selinunte is at 30 Km from Mazara del Vallo beautiful ancient Arabic city, 90 Km from Agrigento with its Valley of Temples, 80 Km from Trapani and its saline, 110 Km from Palermo the chief town of Sicily.
The main motorway junction is at Castelvetrano, at only 10 Km. This will allow you to organize many daily excursion to most places over the North ovest part of Sicily such as Trapani, Erice, Segesta, Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, Natural park “Dello Zingaro” and the main road are also very good so it will be easy for you to reach Agrigento and the south part of the island.
