A breathtaking view frames the terrace and the infinity pool.The villa has been recently renovated (2023) and equipped with all comforts (Wi-Fi, heat pumps/air conditioning, equipped kitchen, private swimming pool) to enjoy a holiday in complete autonomy and tranquility both in summer and in winter.
The property offers 3 bedrooms, one of which can also be used as a studio, if you are working remotely during your stay.
There is a main bathroom on the ground floor and a private bathroom in the bedroom in the mezzanine.
All rooms are furnished with taste and quality, keeping the original character of a typical Sicilian bourgeois house.
Guests will also be able to enjoy the several fruits of the garden surrounding the house and have a real taste of Sicily!

Property Terms and Conditions
- Swimming Pool available from 1 May to 31 October (can be extended on request, subject to wheather conditions).
- Electricity is included up to 20Kw/day (above an average use), any extra will be billed at 0,40€/Kw.
- Gas is included up to 1Mc/day (above an average use), any extra will be billed at 1€/Mc.
- A 30€ charge will be applied for late check-ins (after 10pm)
- All other charges (water, bed linen and towels) are included in the rates.
- Balance due preferably in cash upon arrival.
- Damage deposit: 300€ required in cash on arrival
- Extra services can be booked and paid directly on-site. Prices are available on-site.
