Property description
Villa Cataldo offers a large terrace overlooking the private pool and the Sea with an amazing sea view from all over the property, the perfect place to relax and breathe the fresh Sicilian sea breeze.
The villa is very spacious and offers, in addition to the comfortable lounge and the large equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 double and 1 single) and 4 bathrooms (3 full bathrooms with shower and one toilet). It is also possible to sleep 2 more people in a Sofa-bed. The villa has air conditioning and of course offers free Wi-Fi.
One of the bedrooms also has a small terrace facing the sea where you can enjoy your breakfasts and aperitifs or simply read a book.
The main terrace is equipped with table and chairs so you can have your meals outdoors while admiring the sea, there are also sofas and deck chairs where you can relax in the evening or in the afternoon.
Beyond the pool there is another terrace with a balcony right on the sea and some romantic corners under a magnificent pine.
The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and has a large garden and outdoor area, with large private parking (up to 3 cars).
The location is very quiet at any time of the year, so you can relax in all seasons. The villa is perfect for families and groups of friends and offers 100% privacy from neighbors.
The nearest beach (rocks) is at only 600 meters, less than 10 minutes on foot. Other beautiful sandy beaches are just 10 minutes away by car.
The location is an ideal starting point for day trips to many places of interest in Sicily. Palermo´s airport is just a few kilometers away. Terrasini, the nearest town that offers all services, shops and amenities, is only 4Km away, while Palermo city and many other places of interest (Segesta, Erice, Monreale, Riserva dello Zingaro, etc.) are within short and reasonable driving distances.

Terrasini is the closest town, it is a small town, located between Palermo and Trapani and close to the Natural Reserve of Zingaro, on the north coast of Sicily. The town is close to Palermo´s Airport. You will find here nice Trattorias where to taste local food and regionals specialties.
Terrasini is at 30 Km from Palermo the chief town of Sicily and at 65 Km from Trapani.

Property Terms and Conditions
- Swimming Pool available from 1 May to 31 October.
- Children under 12 will not pay the extra guest charge if the booking is for more than 6 people; please mention this when booking.
- Final Cleanings: 180€. A mandatory weekly cleaning is due for bookings Longer than 1 week, at the cost of 100€/week.
- Electricity is included up to 20Kw/day (above an average use), any extra will be billed at 0,40€/Kw.
- Gas is included up to 1Mc/day (above an average use), any extra will be billed at 1€/Mc.
- A 30€ charge will be applied for late check-ins (after 10pm)
- All other charges (water, gas, bed linen and towels) are included in the rates.
- Balance due preferably in cash upon arrival.
- Damage deposit: 400€ required in cash on arrival
- Extra services can be booked and paid directly on-site. Prices are available on-site.
