Property description
Beach House is nicely decorated with a warm sea theme. It is air conditioned and benefits from an external cooking & dining area at the back of the villa. It will allow you to spend most of the time outside enjoying the warm weather, while having your meals or making barbecues…
On one side of the villa, there is a garden with grass, perfect for those who want to take a sunbath, relax, or for children to play safely. It is also possible to park 2 cars within the property.
The villa is located next to Acasammari and Villa Ischia, in a private street with direct access to the main beach (about 100m). The main beach is divided between public space and private beaches.
The place is ideal for those who want to be at walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bars. Advised for quiet and romantic holidays, friends or family holidays.
The villa is fully equipped and can be used both for summer and winter holidays! It has 2 bedrooms and it is possible to add one extra sleep and a baby bed. At 5 minutes from the villa you’ll find some restaurants/pizzerias, minimarket (during summer) and bus stops (during summer). The beautiful Cefalù is at only 10 minutes driving!
The villa is located at the very center of the northern coast, which will give you the possibility to visit all the important places, including the Etna, Eolian Islands, Agrigento and others, on a day trip!

Please note that during the High and Peak seasons, this property should be rented preferably from Saturday to Saturday. In other periods or for long stays the changeover day can be flexible.

Property Terms and Conditions
- The rates are intended for (up to) 4 people. A 10 euro/day charge will be applied for each extra person.
- Final Cleaning: 70€. Water, gas, bed linen and towels are included in the rates. Electricity is included up to a reasonable amount. Any excessive/unresponsible consumption will be billed at the end of the stay 0,40€/Kw
- Balance due preferably in cash on arrival.
- The use of the public pool nearby is NOT included in the rates.
- A damage deposit of € 100 is required upon arrival, which will be returned in full at the check out, once ensured that there are no damages in the property.
- Extra services can be booked and paid directly on-site. Prices are available on-site.
